Santra provides a contact center platform including:
- VoIP softphone and call management
- Ticket and email management system
- Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Outbound campaign tools
- Voice messaging capabilities
- Inbound routing (IVR, queues, ring groups)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Payment Terms
- Fees are billed monthly in advance.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal purposes or spam
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the platform will be revoked.
- You may request export of your data within 30 days.
- We will delete your data according to our retention policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Santra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
