What you'll do:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers (contact centers, support teams, sales teams)
- Conduct product demos and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Build relationships with decision-makers
- Collaborate with the team to improve our sales process
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Experience selling to SMBs or mid-market
- Excellent communication skills in English (Polish is a plus)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- Understanding of contact center / customer service industry is a plus
